Cupano Rosé de Terroir 2022 Rosévin Vinification follows a classic approach The pinot noir vines Vinification follows a classic approach with full destemming and a 20 day maceration for maximum extraction of color and aroma The wine is beautifully light in color and shows the typical transparent Sangiovese This rosé is made from 14 different grape varieties – 7 red and 7 white – which are harvested and pressed together to achieve the beautiful onion skin color The wine is then fermented and aged in two different barrels: a 500 liter tonneau and a smaller 228 liter barrel from Burgundy
